KING SERIES GRINDERS DEPOSIT TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. These terms and conditions apply to the payment of a $1,000 deposit per WORX+ GrindWorx King 700 (GK-700) and/or 850 Grinder (GK-850).
  2. By confirming and proceeding with the payment, you agree to these terms and conditions.

    3. Deposit for a Grinder

    1. Payment of a Deposit:
      • Confirms your interest in a WORX+ GrindWorx King Series Grinder (GK-700 or GK-850) to be produced in the future by WORX PLUS PTY LTD (WORX+);
      • Gives you priority over customers who have not paid a Deposit to be contacted by a WORX+ representative to order, and enter into a contract of sale for a WORX+ GrindWorx King Series Grinder when it is made available to order.
    2. Payment of a Deposit does not oblige you to purchase (or give you any ownership right to) a WORX+ GrindWorx King Series Grinder. The order and purchase of a WORX+ GrindWorx King Series Grinder will be governed by a later, separate Contract of Sale with WORX+.
    3. You acknowledge that the price and specifications of the WORX+ GrindWorx King Series Grinder model may not be available at the time you pay the Deposit, and that if they are available, they are subject to change between paying a Deposit and signing a Contract of Sale.

    Paying a Deposit

    1. One or more Deposits can be made per person. Your rights in relation to your Deposit and the Service are personal and cannot be assigned or transferred to anyone else.
    2. Payment of the Deposit must be made online via the Deposit link. After payment of the Deposit, you will receive an email from WORX+ confirming the details and a receipt for your Deposit.
    3. Once the WORX+ GrindWorx King Series Grinder model is available to configure and order, you will be contacted by WORX+ to enter into a Contract of Sale for that WORX+ GrindWorx King Series Grinder model. If you sign a Contract of Sale, you will be required to pay the purchase price of the WORX+ GrindWorx King Series Grinder contained in the Contract of Sale, less an amount equal to the Deposit.

    Cancellations & Refunds

    1. Deposits are non-refundable. If you ask us for a cancellation or refund of the Deposit at any time prior to signing a Contract of Sale, you will be given store credit for the amount paid at the time of the Deposit.
    2. If you have not entered into a Contract of Sale after 12 months from the date that you paid the Deposit, you will be refunded the Deposit via the same method that you used to pay the Deposit.
    3. We may, at our discretion, refund your Deposit and cancel the Service at any time.

    Privacy

    1. By using the Service, you agree that WORX+ will collect your personal information, such as your name and contact details, and disclose those details to any relevant third parties for the purposes set out in these terms and conditions.

    Other

    1. You represent and warrant that all information you provide to us is true and accurate. If any of the information you have provided is not true or accurate, we may cancel the Service and refund the Deposit.
    2. To the full extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost, or expense) which you may suffer or incur in connection with the Service.
    3. We reserve the right to cancel the Service for any reason and at any time. We also reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
